Payment Policy

Retail Orders

Payment is required in full before shipment and will be collected on the checkout page at the time of the sale. We accept a variety of payment methods to make the process as convenient as possible. You can choose from American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Shop Pay to complete your transaction securely.

 

Custom Orders: 

Please contact us if you would like any custom orders including custom designs or embroidering. The order quantity for custom orders is 500 towels. We will work with you to get the perfect design for your event! Full payment is required upfront before production can begin. This ensures we can provide you with high-quality, personalized products tailored to your specific needs.

 

Wholesale Orders: 

We're happy to work with retailers (brick & mortar as well as online) and corporate event coordinators with wholesale orders. We do not accept net terms at this time, all orders must be paid for prior to your items shipping. Payment will be collected during the checkout process. If ordering custom items, the above "custom orders" policy would apply. Please see the link to our wholesale site below.
