Shipping:
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and offer free shipping on all domestic orders $75 and over. Your order will be shipped within 10 business days of your purchase. On average, it takes 4-8 additional business days for your order to arrive to you.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date (exception: CLEARANCE/THE OUTLET items are not returnable). Please let us know you would like to return the item by using the “contact us” form on our website or by emailing us at info@infusezen.com. If you are within your return window, we will send you the address to ship your item(s) back to and we will confirm your refund amount at that time.
- The original shipping fees to get the item to you are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost to ship the item to you will be deducted from your return amount. We will let you know your refund amount via email before you send the item back.
- The buyer is responsible for creating their own return label and for all shipping related fees associated with the return. Tracking on your return package is recommended.
- Any items returned to an address other than the one we provide you will not be refunded. You must contact us for our return address before sending an item back to us.
- If returning a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned to receive a refund.
- All products must be returned unused, and in the condition in which you received it including all packaging and tags. Any used items or items returned in poor condition will not be refunded.
- Once we receive your returned items, please allow us 3-5 days to process your refund. Your refund will be in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
